Since Gordon did the work, RoundUp was changed to use Zope style
templating. So Gordon's templates need to changed too. Possibly bugs
or missing features in the new templating need to be fixed in RoundUp
before this is possible.
Apart from that, Gordon didn't finish everything -- I'd point you to
the meta-RoundUp instance that we used to keep track of the remaining
problems, but it's down. There may still be problems with sending
email from the RoundUp instance to users not at python.org.
Finally, there's the small task of actual deployment. There needs to
be a flag day when the SF trackers are converted to RoundUp once more
(Gordon wrote all the screen-scraping software to do this), the
RoundUp tracker is opened up for the public, and the SF trackers are
disabled. Befor this, the RoundUp tracker needs to be operated in
"beta" mode for a while. After this, it probably needs babysitting
as heavy use reveals more bugs.
