[Python-Dev] Cutting the 2.3c2 tonight 8pm EDT

Just a reminder that I'm going to be cutting the 2.3c2 release tonight. 
I'm shooting for starting at 8pm EDT, but that partly depends on family
obligations.  Tim of course will be working on the Windows installer,
and I believe Fred's all done with the docs.

Still, please consider the tree frozen until further notice.

I'll be on irc #python-dev when I get home so please email or irc me if
there are any last minute fixes needed.
