[Python-Dev] i meant "%%s %s"%"hi"%"ho" , but the issue is literally IRC

i even stopped for 20 minutes *before* sending the email out, and i realized i made a mistake with
the missing quote, sorry that i sent it to the list. 

so i really meant: 
"%%s %s"%"hi"%"ho" 

maybe 10 months ago i discovered that IRC doesnt deal with %'s well so it was coming through as:



"%s %s"%"hi"%"ho" 

ach!!!!   anyway, just now, i wanted some more backup data from #python and i finally realized
that it was IRC all along. im very sorry :-).
