[Python-Dev] SF CVS hosed?

Not sure if it's related but I've noticed cvs hiccups the past couple of
nights.  I'm anonymous (and thus not getting Permission denied) - but
thought I'd mention it in case its relevant.

I thought that somebody else had volunteered to host cvs on their company's
server(s) for a low cost.
