Especially thanks for thinking of updating the PEP.

Jeremy reminded me last week that too often we're slacking on updating
PEPs.  The generator expressions PEP for example still doesn't reflect
the current state of affairs.

Maybe someone needs to put their foot down and require that PEPs are
complete before features are checked in?
