I want to caution against these.  Turning </>, which already parse as
un-paired, into angle brackets caused embarassing parsing problems for
C++.  Now such things as 

      A::foo<X> y;

have to be written as

      A::template foo<X> y;
         ^^^^^^^^-----------keyword disambiguates parse

in some cases.
