It may ;-) be better now. Looks like the release build finished, but
the debug build died:

"""
------ Build started: Project: pythoncore, Configuration: Debug Win32 ------

C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\subwcrev.exe ..
..\Modules\getbuildinfo.c getbuildinfo2.c
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
cl.exe -c -D_WIN32 -DUSE_DL_EXPORT -D_WINDOWS -DWIN32 -D_WINDLL
-D_DEBUG -MDd getbuildinfo2.c -DSUBWCREV -Fogetbuildinfo.o

getbuildinfo2.c
c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'getbuildinfo2.c': No

"""

OK, I added code to getbuildinfo.c to quote the path to the executable
before invoking system(), and that seemed to fix it. On my box.
