Even if there's no dirty work, it could clean up this:

if (Py_Py3kWarningFlag &&
   PyErr_WarnEx(PyErr_DeprecationWarning, "msg", 2) < 0)

to

if (PyErr_WarnPy3k("msg", 2) < 0)
