[Python-Dev] Bug Day outcome

Since I was a bit incapacitated yesterday, I continued the bug day
on my own and closed 17 more issues today.

Sadly, the number of open issues is now 1715 since Martin imported
those from SF.net which weren't in the export in the first round.
