Hi Travis, I have started the pep3118 implementation for ctypes. If you have time, could you please review <http://bugs.python.org/issue1971>, especially the tests in file Lib/ctypes/test/test_pep3118.py to ensure that I have understood and implemented the pep correctly? Thanks, Thomas
