[Python-Dev] multiprocessing source not "Unix clean"

I don't know where the windows line endings came from honestly - I'm
on mac and linux boxes.

Yes, they should be stripped.

The solaris issue should be addressed in the setup.py section casing
the various sem implementations for the platforms
