[Python-Dev] Distutils - changing the pypirc format

Hello,

I would like to suggest changing the .pypirc file format to a format that
can deal with several servers.

This has been discussed here :

this is another point)

A patch was built and enhanced in the last bug day, and is available here:
http://bugs.python.org/issue1858.
