No reasons that I'm aware of, Martin.
I haven't tested it under Windows myself but given that it is not
supposed to break tk 8.4 apps and I haven't experienced bugs here in
Linux, I would say it is a safe bet to start bundling Tk 8.5 within
the first betas.
