I certainly hope not. I believe full MSDN licenses were involved there,
which are a great resource to a Windows developer.
I'll have a whack at building the Windows installer. It would be nice to see
it integrated with the build process, including testing of an installed
version. We already have one or more Linux buildbots which test an installed
build, and that setup uncovered an additional bug in a recent fix of mine.
