Well, don't take bugs.python.org as an example, though, since AFAIK it
is heavily modified. http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/ and
http://psf.upfronthosting.co.za/roundup/meta/ look more like vanilla
installs.
Otherwise there's also Trac.
