[Python-Dev] backported Enum

[Lefavor, Matthew (GSFC-582.0)[MICROTEL LLC]]

What if there's some obscure PyPi module that requires that `enum` package, or some other project (not hosted on PyPI) that requires Ben Finney's original `enum` package? Is there anyway to get usage data to make sure nobody's been using it recently?
