Okay, no objections and the PEP has not changed.  I'd like
pronouncement on PEP 451.

Guido, if you feel so inclined as to delegate and either of them is
willing, Brett and Nick are both familiar with the PEP, having been
heavily involved in earlier discussions.  Thanks!
