And not all of the guys are gentlemen :-)

The term I sometimes use is "gentlefolks", or even just "folks". "Ladies 
and gentlemen" is just too old-fashioned and formal. "Folks" is nicely 
informal and all-inclusive, regardless of sex or class we're all just 
folks.
