Seriously?  Are you going to now ask all the other respondents who didn't explain themselves to do so?

I don't care for it because I like to have all the code be in one file.  I will say that Serhiy's comment about code 
churn has given me some pause to think...

Okay, changing my vote to:

- Use both /* AC */ markers for every line *and* have all the code be in one spot

This way the diffs will easily be clear on what was code generator and what was human.  (Thanks, Breamoreboy, for the 
idea! ;)
