It's possible, and that configuration will be fine.
Until VS 2015 RC is released, there's no guarantee that it will uninstall or upgrade cleanly. The testing so far looks like it'll be fine, but there's no guarantee.
There's also a chance that it will interfere with VS 2013, but any earlier versions will be fine.
