[Python-Dev] Failures in test_site.py - how to debug?

/usr/local/lib/python36.zip doesn't exist. In
/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages are a bunch of things that I've
installed using pip, but grepping for '/usr' in the -v output comes up
blank. There is, however, one .pth file there:

Is it possible that that's the cause? And if so, should "python -I"
remove /usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages from sys.path?
