ContextVars is actually a different name for LogicalContext. So it would be:
ExecutionContext = [ContextVars()[, ContextVars()[ ...]]]
and you get the (thread.local similar) ContextVars by
context_vars = sys.get_context_vars() # or whatever
context_vars.verbose = ...
