Pues muy sencillo...

tienes que meter en la línea de comandos (si es Ubuntu)

$sudo apt-get install  python2.4-gtk2 python2.4-profiler

y tienes que activar los repositorios "universe" y "multiverse", es muy 
sencillo usando Synaptic y desde allí Configuración>Repositorios>Añadir 
y activar los repositorios...

Después apt-get update y vuelve a intentar...
