Testing calendar notifications

I think it works now.

I've added a new Google account to both calendars
(google-calendar-notifications at egenix.com), which
gets notified in case of changes and sends the notification
emails to events at pycon.org

Since this account will not be used to register new events,
it'll get notifications for all events. Normally Google
will only send notifications to people subscribed to the
calendar, but *not* the account that created the event.
