[python-events] Including Software Carpentry bootcamps in Python calendar?

Yes, the bigger events would go on the events calendar.
The smaller Python oriented bootcamps could probably go on the
user group calendar. Please only submit the open ones, though.
Since there are lots of them, sending an iCalendar .ics file would
be better than a listing of events.
