Yes, Chicago and Guadalajara are in the same CST time zone. The times for
the events of our local group are 7pm to 9pm.  I added the Python User
Group Calendar to the calendars displayed in the Google Calendar  in my
google account, and the times for our group are displayed correctly.  The
times for other groups are also displayed in my local time, and seem to be
ok.
