[python-events] Python Events calendar entries

Dear Calendar Team,

I would like to suggest that we always enter Python conference events
as "All Day" events. This results in less clutter when subscribing to the
calendar, make the events better visible on calendar (all day entries are
marked up with a solid background color) and also avoids timezone
problems on twitter.

FYI: I've just fixed the PyGrunn entry and turned it into an all
day event. I can change it back, if needed.
