[python-events] Request to submit PyCon Belarus

Hi Marc-Andre!
Thank you for the fast reply!
We would love to stick to by.pycon.org domain for our web site.
That was one uf the upcoming questions.
In case there is a standard template that goes with that - we will go for it, if not, we will just build event web site on that domain only.
Dimitry will be the one responsible for that part.
