[python-events] Python conference in Khmelnitskiy, Ukraine

To whom it may concern,

I'm PSF member from Khmelnitskiy, Ukraine. We are having the first
Python conference in our city. It's a big issue here as it's all about
php at this part of Ukraine and they look at you as at an alien if you
say that coding in Python.

Could you please add the following event to the Python Events Calendar:

Khmelnitskiy City dedicated to the Python programming language and
accompanying technologies.

The conference is non-profit, admission to it is free, no restrictions
or prerequisits for the partisipation, everyone is welcomed, the aim
of this event is to promote Python language in the Western part of
Ukraine as well as brining local Python community closer by sharing
knowledge.

We would be very grateful for your decision made ASAP for you as the
confrence date is Sat. 25.07.2015 and participants from other cities
from Ukraine as well as neighbouring Belarus and Moldova are welcomed.
