[python-events] Clarification for user group calendar entries

I've updated the wiki page to add some more clarification for
user group calendar events:

 * workshops such a Django Girls events can be listed as user group
   events

 * full day user group events can be listed as "All day" events to
   give them more attention in the calendar (they look similar to
   the conference events entries)
