[python-events] Submitting an event

Hi Oier,

Thanks for helping us to list our event. I'm sorry that I need to modify
the time of PyCon Taiwan 2017.

The correct time is from 06 June at 9am UTC+8 through 11 June at 5pm UTC+8.

Could you help us to correct the time of our event ?
