[python-events] Broken TSA link

Hi Andrea,

this is the wrong list to contact, since it's about Python event
calendars, not the events themselves.

On the topic: we won't fix the link since it's for a past edition
of PyCon and no longer relevant for PyCon attendees nowadays.
