[python-events] Form to submit calendars

Hello Team,

I created a google form that automatically adds events to the Python Event
Calendar.

Here is the form:

I can give you access to the form to be able to edit if you want.

I think it is not a good idea to make the form public, but we can use it
for us and reduce the time we need to add events to the calendar.

It should work (I test it)... but maybe should stop working. The free
version only accepts 15 event creations per day, which is enough for us.

any doubt and improvement ideas are very welcome.
