Hi team PSF,

I would like to inform that PyCon Pakistan 2018 has been moved to November
17 & 18 to accommodate the schedule of our international keynote speakers.
Kindly chage the dates on your calendar https://www.pycon.org/

Also, please add PyCon Pakistan to the alphabetic list of international
community for python programming language conference.
