[python-events] Adding 2021 Python Web Conf to events page

Hi,

Added to the events calendar.

Since you didn't state the end time, I checked your schedule and noticed it
will mostly finish at 3pm.  So I assigned this as the end time.  Let us
know if this doesn't work for you.
