[python-events] Support for organizing Indo-Deutschland International Hackathon

Greetings from Startups Valley TBI!!!


Startups Valley TBI and Amal Jyothi College have entered into an MOU with
SRH University of Applied Sciences Berlin, Germany. As part of our
collaboration we are planning to organise an International Hackathon for
the student startups & students of Germany and India. We are planning to
organise the hackathon in the first week of September. The details of the
hackathon proposed schedule. We would update you with the final scheme and
schedule once the details are finalized.


We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with gifts, goodies,
credits, products or any promos for our participants and winners.

Details of the Hackathon


Total Time : 48 hours

Time of hackathon :36 hrs

   -

   12 hours orientation
   -

   34 hrs hackathon to select the top 10
   -

   2 hrs for the top 10 prepare and present the final product

   Agritech


Proposed Schedule

   1.

   Event Launch - Grant event launch with call for applications, official
   websites, social media handles and all related activities. Technical
   sessions may be conducted in between with collaboration with the various
   Expert panel mentors and the sponsors.

   July 15 website  launch and official announcement
   -

   July 15 to August 15 call for applications( technical session in
   between)


   1.

   Evaluation of proposal and declaring the top 25 teams from German side
   and Indian Side - All the project proposals submitted will be evaluated.
   The process of evaluation will be in progress while the application is live
   itself. The buffer days of 10 days is put to complete the evaluation

   August 15 to 25 evaluation of application
   -

   August 26 declaring top 25 teams


   1.

   Final Hackathon - 48 Hours - Final hackathon will be 48 hrs round which
   will be split up as given below. Each team will be allotted a google meet
   room which will be open during active hours and judging panel members as
   well as organisers can walk in at any point of time for evaluation and
   opinions. Mentors will also be allotted rooms. File handling and other
   communication will be done through discord.

   Day 1 -

      Inaugural Ceremony (max 2 hours)

      Introduction of 50 teams (5 mins each approx. 2 hrs)

      Familiarisation of platforms and rules and regulations (2 Hours)
      -

      Team formation and mentor allocations (4 Hours)
      -

      Declaration and finalisation of four member teams (1 Hour)

   Day 2 - (0 - 12 Hours)
   -

      Hackathon starts with 0 hours
      -

      First Judgement 2 Hours from start
      -

      Second judgement  6 hours from start
      -

      Third Judgement 11 hours from start
      3.

   Day 3 - (12 - 24 hours)
   -

      Fourth Judgement 13 hours from start
      -

      Fifth Judgement 19 hours from start
      -

      Sixth Judgement 23 hours from start
      4.

   Day IV - (24 - 34 Hours)
   -

      Seventh Judgement 34 hours from start
      -

      Selection of top 10 teams
      5.

   Day V - (34 - 36 Hours)
   -

      Announcement of top 10 teams
      -

      2 Hours - Final preparation of product / Idea for implementations.
      -

      Power judgement 15mins each team ( Open round with 7 mins
      presentation followed by 8 mins Q&A in which judges as well as public can
      ask questions)

      It will be followed by final declaration of result
