[python-events] PyCon SK 2024

Hello PSF,

For the next PyCon SK we are planning a date of *15.3.2024 (Friday) to
17.3.2024 (Sunday)*. We are returning to the date in which we held the
conference 4 years prior to the pandemic. The format and scope is the same
as in previous years (we will also try to maintain the prices close to last
year's, although we will also give free tickets to those in the community
who can not afford to buy one).

Please let me know whether we should do any further steps in order to
"clear" PyCon SK 2024 with the PSF.
