Hi Damian,

interesting. It looks like the search logic on the website is missing 
the "www.python.org/" of the URL.

I am not too familiar with that part of the website, but it's probably a 
good idea to file a bug on the tracker:

https://github.com/python/pythondotorg/issues

There may be a bug in this part of the code:

https://github.com/python/pythondotorg/blob/main/events/search_indexes.py

Note that events themselves do include the host part; it's just the 
calendar pages which don't.
