Hi Bryan,
I can try to reach out to some folks I know to perhaps get a contact going.
If nothing else works, I suppose we'd have to assume that the 2019 PyCon
CA team is no longer interested in running conferences. You could then
have to try to setup a new edition of the conference and put together a
new team.
This typically works by gathering a small group of people from the
national Python community, getting everyone behind the idea and then
start getting the organization ramped up.
One of the things you'd have to do is contact the PSF Trademark
Committee to get approval for using the PyCon name. Getting access to
the pycon.ca domain will be challenging, but we could help you out with
the ca.pycon.org sub-domain (I am on the TM committee).
