[python-events] [psf-trademarks] Reactivate PyCon Pakistan on PSF calendar

Hi Nudrrat and Events Team,

As is indicated at
https://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonEventsCalendar#Submitting_an_Event, the
folks who handle the events calendar are at events at python.org.  I've added
them to this thread, and I think they should be able to add your
information based on what you've provided.
