[python-events] Please add PyCon Africa Extended Togo 2024

Hi Wachiou,
thanks for the update. I've now added the event to the main calendar.
We'd normally add events with fewer attendees to the user group
calendar, but perhaps putting it on the main calendar will give it a
slight boost.
