[python-hpc] Student needs help

Hi all,
I am a final year BSc university student currently researching and learning
python for my dissertation, my supervisor wants me to learn and write a
programme in python. I have done a bit of learning  (Still learning I should
say), I am thinking on a *web content filter* for my dissertation, however I
am having difficulty finding quality resources (articles, post, Journals
etc) to support/ convince me on this project. any help will be appreciated.
