[Python-ideas] Add from __experimental__ import bla [was: Should we move to replace re with regex?]

I don't know if the intention is to use __experimental__ only for  additions
to stdlib or whether it would include language changes, but if so, maybe its
worth pointing out that language extensions wouldn't be so easy (if even
possible) to write as 3rd party on pypi.
