This one is largely solved too, but the trick is to put the pdb entry on the
same line as the doctest line you care about, e.g.:

    >>> import pdb; pdb.set_trace(); command.process(None)
    GNU Mailman 3...

When the debugger drops me into command.process(), everything Just Works.
