I had the opposite experience.  All I see, with Firefox, is a blank page 
-- even after accepting cookies and temporarily allowing at least one 
google spyscript. Please let us not move our infrastructure to a finicky 
spyscript cookie monster site.

As near as I can tell, bugs.python.org sets 1 cookie per session, which 
expires at the end of each session, and does not try to run *any* any 
foreign scripts.
