[Python-ideas] Make py.exe default to Python 3

Sounds like your real beef is with Windows, not py.exe.

As a programmer, couldn't you script something to change the file 
association and make it easier? When the pain of doing something gets 
greater than the pain of writing a short script, that's what I do.

If you're having this problem, perhaps others are too, and the installer 
could make the file association change optional?
