That's basically the rule of them I take. Basically I view python-ideas as
the place to start the question of "is this a good idea or is it bonkers?"
Once you know that answer you either take to python-dev or drop it. And as
a core dev you can use your own judgment as to whether you need the extra
step of discussing it here first and instead bypass this list.

Since 3.5.1 came out in December I would expect either at or after PyCon
US. Larry is RM so he's the only one that really knows.
