[Python-ideas] Allow additional separator character in variables

You already can use "separators" different from the underscore.

my·variable
myᝍvariable
myㅡvariable
myⵧvariable
myㄧvariable
myㆍvariable

Be lucky to distinguish one "separator" from other.
