[Python-ideas] Option of running shell/console commands inside the REPL

I implemented and offered the feature, but unfortunately it is just a couple
of lines copied from bash, and that being GPL was considered unfair to be
relicensed under current Python license.

Maybe sooner or later I will try to repackage it as a standalone extension.
