trouble with ldap_r

Try to play with LD_LIBRARY_PATH or add /usr/kerberos/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf.

I'm not even sure if libldap_r of OpenLDAP 2.0.x works well with your 
Kerberos setup. Is it Heimdal?

I would consider libldap_r of OpenLDAP 2.1.x to be more mature. But not sure 
if that solves *your* problem.
